Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Prometeus account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your authorization email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
